This reminds me of a man named Lothar Schitthaus, an immigrant from Germany. He petitioned the court to allow a name change, because people had difficulty pronouncing his name.

"Fine," the judge said; "and by what name would you like to be known?"

"Danny Schitthaus".

It's about the unfortunate man called Adolf Caca; he petitioned the court to change his name to Franz Caca.
