I'm in tears as I write this. Yesterday I was given a death sentence. I have metastic pancreatic cancer that has spread to my liver. The average life expectancy is about one year. I don't know how much time I will be spending on the boards. I've enjoyed the conversation and friendly trading of barbs. Go hug your loved ones and tell them you love them and live your lives to the fullest because you just never know. Right now I'm trying to summon the strength I need to fight this, but I feel so very defeated at this moment it's hard to imagine where it will come from. At least I got to see my Bruins win the Cup once and even got to go to a Stanley Cup game. Had to pull this back to hockey somehow...
