This used to happen with my brother--until he went wild on cheating when he moved into independent living from assisted living. So he's back on insulin. Also due to worsening neuropathy and edema (I blame his attendance at daily happy hour and having a couple of champagnes--not to mention dinner rolls, desserts, and carby Sunday brunches...sigh). So. He was hospitalized 2 months ago for over a week, spent 6 weeks in rehab, and has been demoted to assisted living by his facility.

I'm glad you're doing so well!

My advice:
Don't get cocky, kid ;-)
