thx, I never thought of that--& I adore Finn Crisp! they're rye, not wheat. At leas the kind I used to buy were (in the red box so they also had caraway seeds, another flavor I'm into).

ASIDE
I first tried FC when I read a book about natural healing back in the 70s. the author promoted rye crackers w/sardines, fresh lemon slice & Italian parsley for menstrual cramps. I can't remember if it helped cramps(!), but it became a favorite lunch. I now have sardines over my lunch salad sometimes. Honestly, it's not much "fishier" than canned tuna--and has a nicer texture IMO.

Finn Crsp is also great w/hummus--something I enjoy as a rare treat these days, usually homemade & I use fewer chick peas & more tahini.

the world--or a least my food--would be a much bleaker place without avocado ;-)
