Based on my earlier DD, RMTR and their ferroelectronic RAM (FRAM) technology seems to be focused on replacing low density (64Kb at current state of development) non-volatile memory technologies like EEPROM rather than high density (1.6 GB for PCMCIA Flash Disk and 192 MB for CompactFlash) non-volatile memory technologies like Flash Memory.
