Anyone read the Wall Street Journal today? Basically they reiterated what was said here about the venture capital being invested into TMF for branding. The brothers Garder also stated their are plans for an IPO. Here's my question-how do the little guys get in on this action? TMF has a valuation of about $200 million, whereas TheStreet.com has a valuation of over $500 million. I would suspect that a TMF IPO would pop over %200 on the first day. It's also has some Rule Breaker criteria being top dog and first mover, sustainable growth advantage. On the down side they do have competition (much of it not inept in my opinion). I'd like to hear some opinions on this.
