Since QCOM is a widely held and followed young gorilla, many around here probably saw and might have been a bit concerned by a recent piece by TMF Mycroft that raved about NOK and slighted some of its impending problems--the sort of problems that Qtips are counting on to make them lots of money.

Comments were made at the time that Mycroft seemed both less than fully informed (about the 3G situation, for example). It now appears, however, that there were some strong pre-existing biases lurking behind the scenes as well:
