To understand Coach - talk to one of their customers. Fortunately my wife is one.

fwiw, I did, but it still came down to me not understanding why other people liked the brand. Again, I'm not proud of this - it is a pretty stupid reason to not own a company but I just thought I'd have weak knees if anything ever happened negatively. Peter Lynch wrote that investors are always looking for excuses not to own companies and I fit that to a T.
