If your house or bldg traded daily in the paper you would feel the same as reits now. If one put a property for sale at say 600k and the bid came in at 400k, would one feel that you lost 1/3 of York money?
The trick is to have great mgt,great property and great financials and be patient. Value always comes out if you are a true long term investor. These reits, that have div increases are way better than all bonds. Turnoff the day to day fluctuations but make sure you own the best of the best. Great mgts get thru the rocky times.
