TW - one of my long term holdings agreeing to a merger with Willis Group Holdings (WSH) - news out this morning:

Perhaps it a sign of a pricey market when a company like TW agrees to a merger that implies a lower stock price than the price from the previous day....

I was contacted by one of the law firms investigating the deal. They are saying TW executives may have agreed to the deal so key executives could retain jobs..The deal does have a clause with a $225 MM penalty fee if another bidder succeeds with a higher offer. Said lawfirm seeking to get that clause removed.

Holding for now. Have some large gains with some stock bought in 2009.
