Hi, wondering if it is possible to transfer an existing Roth IRA invested in a mutual fund to another mutual fund?

I currently have a Roth IRA invested in a mutual fund with Fidelity that I am not too thrilled about and I have made $2000 contribution this year and am wondering if it is possible to transfer it to another fund that I like or even to a brokerage account with Fidelity to purchase individual stocks or ETFs. Or do I have it roll it out altogether?
