I realized it's been months since I visited TMF. Thanks for the shout out to the food critic. She's my favorite, too, and mows her own yard because the neighbor kid charges $25. (She's 92.)

Congrats to T! Hang in there. The kid-intensive years seem to go slowly, but then they're done and your focus changes.

We're in the tuition years of life. . .three kids working on graduate degrees. DS is beginning a Master of Fine Arts program. He does scenic design for theaters and has decided he might want to teach some day. He's got a full ride and a teaching assistantship that pays! DD1 is beginning her second year of law school. DD2 is beginning her first year of med school. And tired,old Mom is still taking courses at the seminary preparing for her next calling. Meanwhile, DH is retired! We're certainly in the tuition years of life, but we knew they would come!
