Just wrapped up my 2006 taxes using TT. For some reason, the software is convinced that I need to make estimated tax payments for 2007, and I haven't a clue why. (they don't bother to explain their logic, either)

2006 AGI: ~$165k
2006 Total Tax: $29,560
2006 Total Payments: $29,411

Yep, I owe just $149 for 2006, perfect if you ask me. However, along with my return, TT printed 4 quarterly payment vouchers for $787 each. Why on earth would I want to send an additional $3100 over my current withholding if I was so close this year?

Am I missing something?
