I was interested in getting some kind of tutoring or self-help programme that would help me understand financial statements more readily. On ZDNet I found a programmme that was available for Windows 3.1. I did not find anything there that appeared to be suitable for Windows 98.
Does anyone have any suggestions along this line?
Thanks. :-)

Well, here's a useful one, courtesy of IBM:

And in our "How to Value Stocks" area we also have a lot of information on the topic:

Cheers!

Thanks Selena. I should have said that I was looking for an interactive form of tutorial for reading financial statements.
Thanks. :-)

Well, if you decide you want a more low-tech guide, I recommend the book Keys to Reading an Annual Report by George Freidlob and Ralph Welton. It's a thin "pocket guide" book published by Barron's.

I've found this to be one of the best resources out there to learn. And a great reference guide. Well worth the $4.95 it sells for!!!
