Nope, not a book. So hit "next"? 🙂

Back in the 1990s, I was busy being career oriented, with no time for TV, so I missed Babylon 5.

A friend recently suggested I watch it, and gave me the 5 season DVD set. I binge watched it 🙂 2-3 days here, 2-3 there, over a 3 week period.
5 seasons x 22 episodes per season x 44 minutes per episode. Day-uummmm! Some serious lazy boy time. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Lots of sci-fi, mixed into drama, action, intrigue, ... Multiple story lines, with well planned ties between seasons.

Political POVs
Economic POVs
Social POVs

These concepts were caricatured, with costumes used to reinforce each? 16th 17th century regalia clothing for French/English philosophies for monarchies. Asian mongol apparel for the barbarians. Monk robes for the "enlightened". 1930-40s Nazi fascist apparel for the fascist antagonists. Modern for our protagonist heroes.

Season 5 perhaps could have been skipped. 🙂

Over all, I m glad I watched it.
It's available "free" on Amazon Prime, too.

I'm also glad it's over. Binge watching is tough!
