This folder is being launched to provide a forum for those who would like to evaluate companies that fall between Rule Breaker and Rule Maker.

In our Breaker/Maker book, Dave and I distinguished Tweeners as companies that had been duplicated by competitors. I'm sure we can flesh that out a bit here.

My interest as an investor is in later-stage Tweeners, companies like Yahoo! which I perceive to be heading into Rule Maker status. . only falling short of our $1 billion Maker sales requirement.

Anyway, the folder is open. What happens to companies whose revolution is being copied and yet the companies without a large enough base of sales and profit to begin laying down the rules?

Set to! :)
