-Takes a Deep Breath-

Okay, so I have been analyzing CVR Partners (NYSE: UAN) for the past week now, and have made up a pretty good analysis sheet. There's just one problem...

I cannot seem to under how Yahoo! Finance and both have values of 13.84 for the Book Value per Share of UAN while I only obtain a number much closer to 6 (and they both claim this number comes from the "MRQ" - most recent quarter).

Since there are currently 73M shares outstanding for UAN, that would mean that Yahoo! Finance and claim that UAN has over $1B in Shareholder Equity (73M x 13.84 bv/sh ˜ $1b). But it's nowhere near that number on the quarterly report (Shareholder Equity ˜ 402M)

I have tried subtracted intangibles from book value, averaging shareholder equity.. a lot of different things. Nothing comes close to this consensual "13.84" that these two websites give me.

Can anyone help?
