I haven't posted for a while. I had my 19th CT/PET several week ago. This was the second CT/PET at this hospital. The nurse asked if I had any questions as this was "your second one of these". I explained that it was second here, but my 19th overall over the last 10 years. I am on a plan to only scan twice a year if at all possible. Liver is stable, however lymph node continues to be a concern. The cancer I have (ocular melanoma)rarely mets to lymph system, so I am now meeting with a another oncologist. We agreed to continue monitoring rather then trying to biopsy at this point as it is in a very difficult position to reach. Mt treated eye continues to cause me some issues, but nothing that I can't adjust to.
