Thanks to some overtime and a lot of scrimping, I paid off the Discover CC several months before the 0% intro rate expires.

That's a one-month reduction of $4,250 in consumer debt.

With the payoffs of two car loans and my final CC during the last few months, that frees up approximately $780 of monthly expenses. While I could snowball that amount into my remaining loans, after a lot of discussion with my wife, I'm instead allowing myself to quit my second job. I've been working two jobs for the last twenty years to make ends meet, and I'm finally getting ahead enough that it's no longer necessary. I won't know what to do with myself, honestly.

Also, I reduced my mortgage balance by $492 during May 2016.
