Upon arising, about 7:30 my blood sugar will be about 125. My doc says that some people are just this way and it's no big deal so long as we have good hemoglogin A1C readings. I need to check this out with a specialist but wonder if anyone has heard similar things.

My Doc said glucophage is supposed to control high night-time blood sugar & that was why he prescribed it. He didn't say anything about blood sugar that rises in the last few hrs of sleep.
