New here and read something that value investing is about buying stocks low and selling them high while growths stocks is buying high and selling higher.

I already build my portfolio based on the premium service from TMF and plan to keep them +3 years.

Now, in parallel, is if the above sentence is true about value stocks, how do I identify a stock that it is below its price to trigger buy?
And how do I know it reached the right price to sell and take profit?
What tools/ analysis/ sites/ app , I should look at ?
