Very true, I think I posted articles, maybe in the RV board about checking the dates...

I'm overdue, time wise on replacing the 4_spare on my 24' Keystone trailer, before we head out on anything over 100 miles, I'll replace them.

I had one tire blow apart on the trailer at freeway speeds as we neared Canada, managed to limp into a fast gas place with enough room to change it, then limp on to our campground, but had to round up 4 matching tires from three dealers after we returned from our train escape... This time I'll get ahead of it... replace first...

Michelin has changed from days of old, I try to buy, for my truck steel belted, even steel sidewalls at times..heard of them from oil drillers who go off, play in the boonies more than most of us..

My old '70 maverick commuter pot many, many miles of Michelins, sometimes too long, as I checked the tread one time, I was stabbed by the exposed steel belt as it has split, exposed the belts! Oops.. But the little 6 cyl Maverick was light on it's feet, stayed in alignment.. put over 300K on it! One clutch, one valve grind..
