Viagra is extraordinarly dangerous to certain patient classes, particularly those on antihypertensives and those with angina being treated on a PRN basis with nitrites. I don't find this humorous; Pfizer withdrew the drug for its initial indication as an antihypertensive due to its prepensity for producing severe orthostatic hypotension, and complications when used with other standard antihypertensives in trials.

The fact people are selling this drug on the Internet scares me; I'd rather they'd be hawking narcotics and barbiturates, their sideline.

It certainly is a good drug, with careful patient assessment, history, and so forth, if after that a carefully balanced decision is made to prescribe a limited qty of the drug to the Pt.

It sure beat putting a needle in your you know what and injecting papaverine.

RSH.
