Several months ago I posted to this board my complaint and annoyance with Victoria's Secret. I was angry that, after making a $77 purchase, I was refused a large shopping bag with handles. I was told they were "only for perfume purchases" at that time.

Tony very intelligently suggested I write them a letter complaining about their poor service. I have never been one to do such a thing, but I typed out a few words and mailed it in.

Surprise, I got back a letter (I'll give you some excerpts):

"A visit to Victoria's Secret should be a pleasant and indulgent shopping experience.... I apologize if any of our associates did not extend this level of service to you...As a gesture of our sincere regret for any frustration or disappointment this may have caused, please present this receive 30% off your entire purchase... It is our hope that you will allow us another opportunity to better serve your future needs...."

Wow, just in time for Valentine's Day.

Thanks Tony, I feel a lot better having written that letter. Victoria's Secret has redeemed themselves in my eyes.
