VM - Absolutely no REIT exposure.

My problem of selling things is what do I do with the cash? There is already so much cash doing nothing.

Separately, markets 80% of the time are in rally mode. So you have to be in the market to get the most of the gain, I sold some BRX shares I bought at $14.5, at $16.5 to stick to my allocation discipline (even though I was questioning my decision because the stock was moving up), and the news of BRX getting added to the index pushed the volume and the price quickly to $17.5+, there is a easy $1 move I missed. You need to be in the market for unusual situations like that.

How do you balance?
