Hello Fools,

I was hoping some of you might be able to help me out. I have heard of two companies, Washington Wireless and Oregon Wireless. I don't think they are public yet, as I can find no info on them on the Fool or elsewhere. However, I have heard some talk of them merging/going public. I have no facts to back this up, and am not convinced of any such reality. I was wondering if anybody knows anything concrete (or at least silly putty) about the following:

1) Is Washington Wireless or Oregon Wireless public yet?

2) Does anybody know anything about these companies.

3) Any evidence of a merger?

4) Any evidence of going public?

I am no expert at research, but I have tried diligently for a couple of weeks. I eagerly await any information, and I thank all of you. Sorry to be so demanding for my first post to this board - I hope it is not my last. Perhaps I can be the one to enlighten once I grow to be a ripe, experienced investor.

Fool On My Friends,
