We have gotten two rebates from USAA every year. USAA doesn't have shareholders in a conventional sense

Same with Amica, although we only get the rebate check once per year. They are a “mutual” company (mutually owned by policyholders). So is State Farm, FWIW.

I have never been so happy with an insurance company as with Amica. We have had several incidents: hail storms, trees falling on house, car accidents, etc.) and they have been more than terrific every time.
