We were having troubles with the Xfinity Prime App, fine for the 1st eppisode, say of DCI Banks, but the next episode would have dropouts... Togh thing to reproduce, but we saw it most evenings. Initial fix was to drop out of Prime and come back in. Finally, Saturday I swapped my main DVR box, at the local Store, new remotes as long as I was there.. No charge, kept the older ones, just in case...

And it seems to have cured the problem. maybe a better, newer circuit board, the units were identical, so maybe just aged out...

Remotes are the new 'stealth' design, so a little learning curve to find the same buttons...

Also had to dig up how to change the timing of the PgUp & PgDn buttons, 3 X Exit, then 0030, changes it to a 30 second forward jump, 15 second back jump from the initial 5 minute jump.. Other values can be set, 0045, 0100, 0130, etc if desired.. Handy on On Demand, as some don't allow FF, but these jumps work fine...

Also, told the tech in the store about channel 1995, it will tell you if your hardware is up to date.. Mine was, but it surprised the tech, as he'd not heard of it before..
