While I can't help you with the MI screens discussed here, Business Week's site does have a screener page where you can find their best and worst performing screens for various time periods.

After you choose the time period you want, you can then click onto the best screen and get a list of the top 25 ranked stocks. No guarantees, but at least it meets your critria for ease of use.
