We'll be flying in and out of Johannesburg. We'll travel to Kruger then to Swaziland and down to Capetown.

Sounds like a fab trip! Your trip organizers should provide you with some info. I always check the CDC site when planning a trip to developing countries:

Where I live, I needed to go to the County Health Dept to get recommended/required vaccinations for travel to India and Africa. It was some years ago, but I remember getting boosters of tetanus and whooping cough, and Hep B&C (combined shots). Probably some others--it was expensive, a few hundred dollars apiece as our insurance wouldn't pay for any of it except the tetanus booster IIRC. We also had to pay at the time of the shots--no billing.

We went on safari in Botswana with stops in Zambia (Livingstone--Victoria Falls) and Johannesburg. It was unforgettably awesome. If I could afford it, I'd go back in a heartbeat. A tour like yours or to see Kilimanjaro and the big herds in the Serengeti. Or both ;-)
