Well, I spent 3 months trying with "enough" food and I didn't lose weight. So I thought now I'd try it with a little less food. I'm not starving with this. Well, I'm a little hungry, but eating every time I'm hungry is what's getten me here in the first place.

I am not in any way an expert on this, but have you checked into medical reasons that it may be hard for you to lose weight? I just found out that I might have a teeny problem with my thyroid which might make it harder to lose weight than it would be if I didn't have this teeny problem. (Pickles, pickles, pickles!!! Life is NOT fair!) Now, your thyroid might be great, but there might be other medical reasons other than a generic "slow metabolism." It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor to check for conditions that might be making your weight loss difficult.
