I really want to be able to buy some stocks and some ETFs for non-retirement savings (savings to be used in 5-10 years, maybe.)

I don't have a lot of money for this, and I also have a problem with money burning a hole in my pocket. I always want to buy silly crap. Well, now I'll just buy shares of stock. It will be my new hobby. $7 a month breaks the "no more than 2%" rule, considering how much I'll be investing, but I won't think of it like that... I'll just tell myself "No more magazines at the supermarket and no more Blockbuster!" so as to afford this new form of entertainment.

If I waited until I had enough money to invest at 2%, I'd never do it.

Now, the fun begins... I get to pick something to buy! :D
