Well, Merry Christmas.

I don't think I spent less on Christmas this year, my first Christmas in retirement. But I don't think I spent money I didn't have, either.

It is fun to splurge a little. And I guess I choose Christmas to do it.

As I looked over the Christmas gifts I gave the kids, I noticed one theme: I usually buy them practical gifts that last them all year. Their stockings are full of tooth brushes, lotions, floss and sugarless gum. LOL. Looks like santa thinks about helping the young adults spend less during the year.
