Well, new or used, internal combustion, hybrid or electric, let's remember that for many retirees driving remains fun, similar to how others may like golf, cards, fishing, gardening and so on. DW and i enjoy picking a road and/or destination, which is entirely new and just taking a good long drive, seeing the sights, finding a new place for coffee or a meal, chase down the side roads whenever a nature feature like a waterfall or hot spring, or park is announced. Good time together. Having a good car, reliable, safe, excellent driving dynamics, enough power, adds so much to the pleasure.

We should all have the vehicle that meets our needs and desires within the limits of affordability.
