We're on the same page. When I say "vesting" date, I am referring to the date the RSUs were converted to actual shares. In our plan, the conversion happens automatically and you acquire those shares on the vesting date.

Good. Not all plans work that way, although many do. I was just covering the bases in case you had one of those plans in the minority.

Although now that I think about it, that's a bummer, too. Because that means you've got to deal with the allocation hassles.
