Where is the tipping point where my Plan B Medicare would go from $148 to $297?
I am trying to decide if I can withdraw more from my 457b (earned income).

======================

There is a two year look back, so for the current year 2020 and next year 2021, that ship has already sailed for you. What you do in 2020 could affect your Medicare premium in 2022.

Here is a link that explains it. Note there is an intermediate bracket where your premium rises, but it's the second step up that get you to $297.
