Finally got my corrected 1099B today and e-filed this afternoon. Got the confirmation of receipt email from IRS. Now awaiting the acceptance or rejection email for IRS.

Just curious as to what that acceptance process entails. Is it just a computer screening to see if math is correct and the required schedules to support 1040 line items are there or is there a human review involved? They say I should receive it in 24 to 48 hours. This being Friday that suggests it will be untouched by human hands unless they work 7 day weeks now.
