What dose of Mg do you take, if you don't mind.

I take more or less the full RDA as I eat a lowish calorie diet so I don't get enough from food. I take Mg glycinate, 120 mg 2x a day, plus 50 mg in my multi (which I take alternate days w/an herbal thyroid supplement, which amazingly enough, actually works.)

Mg glycinate has calm as a side-effect, whereas many magnesium compounds have laxative as a side-effect--I prefer calm ;-)
