What else do they have in common??
the likelihood of a stock price implosion if they report disappointing earnings?

Still trying to decide whether to sell some or most of my MDB pre earnings. Which has mostly worked out OK this year with other companies. It's my biggest holding and in a IRA so there's no tax problems. Assume a 25% miss or a 25% gain in sales compared to expectations. The loss in stock would probably exceed the gain. And since bad news tens to travel faster than good news any loss would be more instantaneous
