what's the difference between 'information increase' & 'information creation'?

Speaking naively again. If I take a random collection of letters and arrange them into the same word repeated many times, I am decreasing the randomness of the message and therefore increasing the amount of information.

If I take the same collection of letters and arrange them into many different words, that would seem to be both increasing information and producing new information.

equally (or even more) naïvely -- Crickets and Birds are very different paragraphs ...all the same letters, some same words, some different words.
( Birds do hemoglobin; Crickets ,iirc, don't; some Clams do )

so, if that's new information, seems evolution can do it.
