What's the problem? He's talking about high-throughput and automated methods to make drug delivery scale up and to help
make standard assays that can be used in a variety of settings. It's like the idea behind turning a craftsman's shop into a
factory. What's the problem here?...

No problem. My "deer in the headlights" analogy was poorly chosen...I meant to infer that his statement was stunning in it's implications--an insight into the enthusiasm, optimism and far reaching goals the company, seemingly, embraces.
Sorry I was unclear.
