I, too, am wondering about the performance of this stock. I am fairly new to the stock market, but I have watched this stock fall from a pre-split price of $75 per share all the way down to $17.75 a share. In the last few months, the stock has tracked steadily downward, with little to no upward movement. For the last few weeks, this stock can't seem to get above $18. I am disappointed that the stock keeps dropping, but the company keeps purchasing more title companies. I admit I am a novice at this, but it seems to me that the company executives have no regard for their shareholders or the value of their stock.
