Whenever I'm deciding whether to use a particular doctor, the first thing I do is to check out where he/she went to school. I think I've learned the error of my ways.

Florida's new surgeon general Dr. Joseph Ladapo during a press conference Thursday questioned the efficacy of Covid vaccines, denounced all mandates in workplaces and argued people would face more health repercussions by losing the jobs because they refused to comply with requirements.

Aha! I thought. Another "doctor." Where did this clown go to medical school? Someplace in the Caribbean? Maybe an even more exotic location?
Then I saw his resume:

HARVARD????? This is the sort of MD that Harvard graduates? And the guy has a FACULTY position?

Maybe I'm the one who is poorly educated. I have this silly notion that vaccines are saving lives. And that Covid will continue to be a huge problem until we get more people vaccinated. That's what the data show. That's what the experts tell us.

Maybe the experts should have gone to Harvard and gotten a "good" education.

Sigh.
