Where did you get the Cash & Equivalents line? I don't see it on the press release or marimba's CC notes. That is probably where your error is. 282k sounds way too high. Cree spreads out their investments between long and short term and only the short term investments affect the Flowie. I don't think you can get a good estimate w/o guidance from management.

My CC notes say, "282-million cash and investments," and marimba's say "Cash 282 mil."

I agree with you, though, that this is probably where the error lies. I'll probably give Fran a call tomorrow.
