Whew. I get that much, easy. ~30 minutes/day of housework, 20-minute walk--occasionally longer (DH doesn't like long walks any more). 5-10 minutes/day on my exercise bike (1-2 miles). Another 5-10 minutes of additional exercises (strength/flexibility). Walking on errands (feels like you put in half a mile at Costco!). Still seems like I sit a lot...but I have to hop up often to deal with the hubster.
