And we will likely do so when we have to settle our 2012 taxes. In 2011 all we had to deal with was one RMD that was issued after death from a retirement account.

Thank God I've never had to deal with inheritance tax.

Our state seems to have it, but again only if the decedent was a resident or if the assets were in the state.

Still working on getting through 2011, so haven't done more than a cursory search on this yet.
