I am looking for the lowest fees, with no hidden costs for market and limit orders. (Like a $10 charge if you don't do enough trading, inactivity fee, etc.)

I am starting up a new IRA and would like to diversify a small portfolio, without going over the 2% trade cost- The lower the better!

I am also interested in low fees for now load funds, and no yearly IRA fee. I know-I am asking a lot!

And I am not interested in Sharebuilder because I hate how they lock you into their timing, which I am sure the day traders love.
