While a mutual fund is a logical choice for the Rule Maker portfolio, I wonder if TROW is the correct choice.

IMHO, the mutual fund rule maker is the Vanguard Group. Low fees, rapid growth, direction exceeding location, brand name, killer product of index funds.

Obvious problem: Vanguard is not publicly traded.

P.S. Vanguard on-line trading is $20 per trade. TROW is $29.95 per trade. History is on Vanguard's side when it comes to lowering fees.
