While Orman's ideas seem to be debatable, DCA into S&P and the Naz etc. seems to make lot of sense, especially if we are going to start somewhere near the bottom. Unlike the individual companies that make up the indices, these indices may never go bankrupt. If we are investing over a very long period, then Mr.Market should provide us with the minimum 6% that WEB and others have been mentioning. It may make more for us if we sell during the next craze, whenever it happens.
