I have tracked this stock for years but never owned it. Certainly the size of the business, its growth spurts and its strategic position relative to us baby boomers makes it interesting. The boomers are both a rolling bump in the escalating age groups and we have a higher percentage of atheletes than any previous generation. There is a double multiplier on strains and pains.

What has always given me pause is their indescipherable financials. This thing with group therapy is just the latest chapter. What is unknown here is how long have they been playing this multiple charge game and how far back is the government going to go to get refunds? If you have been around these operations much, you know that there is a double ripoff game. Medicare sets rates unreasonably low and the providers find ways to gouge them a little bit to get back up to something rational. Both sides know the game is being played but it really is undescipherable on what it means financially.

Anyone have any insights into this? Is Chapter 11 a possiblity?
